DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS NOT EXPECTED NOW THAT THE LOW HAS MOVED ONSHORE. THERE IS LOW CHANCE...NEAR 0 PERCENT... OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE.
