THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON HURRICANE DANIELLE... LOCATED ABOUT 795 MILES EAST OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS.
A WELL-DEFINED LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM LOCATED ABOUT 300 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERNMOST CAPE VERDE ISLANDS IS MOVING WESTWARD AT 15 MPH. THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY HAS INCREASED AND IS NOW MORE CONCENTRATED NEAR THE CENTER... AND A TROPICAL DEPRESSION APPEARS TO BE DEVELOPING.
