A WESTWARD-MOVING TROPICAL WAVE HAS MOVED INLAND OVER MEXICO NEAR TAMPICO. DEVELOPMENT IS NOT ANTICIPATED AND THERE IS A LOW CHANCE... NEAR 0 PERCENT ...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE.
A LARGE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER EXTENDING FROM NEAR THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS SOUTHWESTWARD FOR SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES HAS NOT BECOME ANY BETTER ORGANIZED SINCE YESTERDAY. HOWEVER...
